Potty Training with Pull-Ups!

Although some believe that children should be trained by the time they are two years old, experts say you shouldn’t start training your little one until you see that they are ready. “I dookie.” Those were the magic words, uttered to me a few weeks ago, that let me know that it was time to embark upon (what feels like) the impossible journey known as potty training. Having gone through it with his older sister whom is almost 8 years his senior, I know that I have a tough road ahead of me with my 2 year old son. Fortunately, Pull-Ups is motivating Moms to stick with Potty Training, and I’ve partnered with them as part of their “Madrinas del Baño” campaign to assist me on the journey.

Anyone that knows me knows that I’m all for celebrating everything in life, because after all, we only have one. I truly believe that children learn better and are more incentivized when they are celebrated for their good behavior (some may call this bribery, but what do they know?). With that said, I fully intend to celebrate every flush, equipped with our Pull-Ups Training Pants, Flushable Wipes, “Cars”-themed potty seat, and festive noise-makers. This will be a family affair in our household, and Papi and Big Sis are already standing by to celebrate every flush with us!

I will be taking you with me on the journey – updating you every step of the way. There is even something in it for you, with some cool giveaways coming up (in exchange for your insight and tips, of course). Wish me luck guys…I’ll need it!
